Do you have a trophy property

The theme is the "Trophy Properties" at the Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate spring retreat. The best properties will sell because buyers do not want a project. Luxury brokers agree that, as the market changes, their value is in their ability to advise their clients in a way which produces results. Buyers don't have to settle for a project house in most real estate markets around the US. If you are trying to sell and not seeing success, make sure you evaluate the perception buyers have of your property.
