Coldwell Banker Radergroup Selects Oklahoma for a Takeover

Same Rader of Tulsa's Coldwell Banker Radergroup franchise anounced recently it purchased Terry Gartside Realtors , a Sapulpa and Sand Springs real estate brokerage.

The acquisition will create a huge franchise for the Cendant company. Sources tell me the next announcement will come in tomorrow's Tulsa World when Coldwell Banker Select becomes one monolithic entity accross the state.

Broken Gas Line

A natural gas Line was struck at 106th Place and S. Sheridan by fence crews rebuilding the Forest Park South neighborhood fence today at about 4:30pm.

Rumor has it a new driving range will go in near 121st and Elm Place in Jenks across from the land with the white fence. I will correct or update this post when I am provided more information.  This area is seeing rapid growth with development of the area known as South County.
